I collected these quarters in the 1950-1960s. According to my interpretation of the Handbook of US Coins, I believe most would be rated as G-4 (good) with two approaching VG-8 (I’m not an expert). All dated coins except 2 or 3 are clearly visible. The current melt value for these silver coins is approximately $6.25 each.
